Misha

Misha Bernard-Lucien is a Junior Journalism Major, Photography and Military Science Minor at Howard University. Bernard-Lucien looks forward to commissioning the Air Force as a Second Lieutenant in Public Affairs. While working towards her military career, Bernard-Lucien is a creative through the mediums of writing, photographing, and editorial and runway hairstyling. In the future, she plans to become a museum curator while also producing her own exhibitions. During her time at Howard, she is the Co-Founder and Vice President of "Selah Poets," a poetry organization founded on Howard's campus. 

 

"I hope my work displayed in this portfolio welcomes you into my creative space. As a creative, my personal work reflects the way I see the beauty of life and translate it onto paper. I aim to create a relationship with the reader or observer through my written work and creative productions, in hopes that they may feel and see everything displayed even if they do not transparently understand."
